**PC&L Coordinator**
**Area: Logistics**
**Reports to: PC&L Manager**
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in engineering or logistics.
- Experience in Production/Logistics in automotive business.
- 10 years or more experience in the field.
- SAP knowledge high level, MS Excel expert, MRP.
- Experience managing overseas suppliers, working with Honda, GM, Stellantis.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools.
- Deploy and track PC&L objectives.
- Set up the means to achieve Production action plans and ensure results OEM and OES.
- Identify and implement best production control basis.
- Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees, when necessary, in accordance with the plant PC&L manager strategy.
