P&D Operations Manager

<p>This is an interview position.<br><br><br>To supervise, coordinate and control Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives. To supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.<br><p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</p><p>Four (4) years FedEx or industry experience</p><p>Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)</p><p>Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record</p><p>Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed</p><p>Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment</p><br><p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p><p>Bachelor's degree or equival...
