PDI Coordinator

Summary:

• Location: West
• Salary: $2,800 – $3,200
• Basic + OT + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage stockyard operations including receiving new truck stock and coordinating outbound movements
• Oversee charging and discharging activities for JAC trucks
• Coordinate delivery of new trucks to customers
• Assign daily jobs to contractors and drivers efficiently
• Organise stockyard layout to support new shipment arrivals
• Liaise with body builders for vehicle collection and QC completion
• Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and quality checks with workshop
• Process and maintain accurate PDI documentation
• Track and update new truck movement records
• Support ad-hoc operational duties when required
