PDI Technician

1. Carry out the Pre-Delivery Inspection for new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments. This includes exterior and interior damage inspections, component and accessory reviews, handling damage claims, software, and language adjustments.

2. Create detailed reports and identify trends for issues discovered during the pre-delivery inspection process.

3. Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate extensively with quality, production, and engineering departments to address issues found during PDI.

4. Maintain accurate records of new machines arrivals and machines that have completed the PDI process to prepare them for delivery.

5. Take corrective actions for on-hold machines and ensuring they are ready for delivery on time.

6.Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.
