Job Description
Assist and participate in developing Lean Manufacturing & Industrial Automation in injection molding process, assembly processes, spray process technology improvement towards the goal of achieving Industry 4.0 status for the company.
Establish and review production control plan from time to time ensuring following spec, correct visualization, SOP in place and process target and result by displaying data.
Collect, compile and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Lead and analyze manpower efficiency & productivity, line balancing by reducing Down time, JIT and Kanban practice in production facilities.
Factory and Process waste elimination with innovation activities and practice 7 MUDA concepts to production facilities by reducing wastage, recycling, reuse and move towards lean manufacturing.
