1. In charge of new product introduction, new process development, new material qualification, new machine qualification ,engineering change ,color management. 2 Build and manage the PE team to achieve service , quality and cost target.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

-Build and maintain NPI team and standard flow;

-Build and maintain ECN team and standard flow;

-New technology and process introduction;

-Provide technical and process training for engineers;

-Work relevant team(PPC, production, quality, GPD,GTQ CS) for anomaly processing ;

-Build TPM plan and get it fully implemented.

-In charge of product lifecycle management;

-In charge of new machine introduction and Capability analysis and record;
