Production Manager/ Assistant Manager


Job Mission


To ensure new program has a robust process flow.


Job Responsibilities

  • Product drawing review and provide DFM input.
    Define process flow and tooling list.
    Review Tooling/Machine/Fixture design.
    Work with ME and Production to provide line layout.
    Lead and publish process FMEA.
    In-line inspection machine correlation.
    Prepare all mechanical dimension correlation samples (Golden and Silver).
    Pivot installation characterization.
    Arm height translation study.
    Packaging qualification.
    Engineering evaluation (Customer & Internal).
    Perform Failure Analysis and provide corrective action.
    Process/Yield monitoring and Improvement.
    Perform other task as per designated by superior.
