 :Product Engineering Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
Develop critical relationships with customer engineering and manufacturing team members within the assigned customer base to support overall growth plan.
Serve as technical spokesperson to customer materials engineering and paint manufacturing groups.
Manage corrective steps to resolve product performance issues.
Lead product quality investigations with structured problem-solving and report results through Sales Force.
Provide a Voice of Customer to the Axalta Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Manufacturing functions.
Lead various product initiatives with assigned customer group.
Support new product launches and technology transfers in all regions.
Contribute technical expertise in translating product data into effective marketing and sales tools.
Make written and oral presentations to customers.
