About the Role We are looking for a passionate and systems-oriented professional to support curriculum refinement, pedagogy development, experiential learning design, and implementation frameworks across biodiversity, agroforestry, and science-based learning initiatives. The role will work closely with internal teams to strengthen learning outcomes, engagement effectiveness, and curriculum impact through structured and measurable approaches. Review and refine existing curriculum drafts across Urban Biodiversity, Horticulture & Agroforestry, and Mobile Science Lab initiatives Help structure curriculum into logical modules and learning journeys Develop pedagogical approaches that improve engagement, participation, and retention Build clear Theory of Change frameworks for each curriculum area Define inputs, activities, outputs, and intended outcomes for each module Support development of measurable indicators for learning and behavioural outcomes Design monitoring, feedback, survey, and a...
