Key Responsibilities:

+ Duties in this faculty position will include primarily clinical and occasional teaching and service responsibilities. Some of the specific responsibilities will be as follows: The attending pediatric anesthesiologist will personally provide anesthesia care 100% of the time. He/she will examine the patient before and after anesthesia, write pre- and post-anesthesia orders, confirm that the patient is ready for anesthesia before induction, manage the anesthetic period, and follow the patient for as long as is appropriate in the post-anesthesia period.
