Pediatric Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner APN

The Pediatric Hospitalist APN utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.

Seeking an experienced pediatric acute care certified advanced practice nurse.

Schedule is a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hours shifts, 3-4 times a week.

During the weekdays, there are 2 shifts: 6am-4pm; 3pm - 11pm and the weekend shifts are 7am-7pm, every 3rd weekend.

1. Performs and documents accurate, complete, and relevant history and physical assessments appropriate for the patient's age, gender, and clinical problem. 2.
