BayCare is currently seeking our newest NICU Occupational Therapist to provide specialized, evidence‑based therapy services to premature and medically complex infants in a 76‑bed, Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role focuses on optimizing neurodevelopmental outcomes, supporting medical stability, and empowering families through education and collaboration. The therapist works as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver trauma‑informed, developmentally supportive care.
