The role

Pediatric physiotherapy assessment and treatment for infants, children, and teens at our King Street West clinic. Shared treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team. Monthly case consultations. Charting with Jane App. Optional home visits available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement shared treatment plans in collaboration with team members.
• Participate in monthly case consultations.
• Document patient information and progress using Jane App.
• Offer optional home visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Experience working with children and a genuine passion for pediatric physiotherapy.
