Practice Details:

Northern Health Authority is seeking a Pediatrician to join a General Pediatrics Practice in Terrace. The Terrace Pediatrics group is moving into a brand new clinic space next to the newly opened Ksyen Regional Hospital. They will be co‑located with the Obstetrics and Gynecology team and the Well Women’s clinic. The selected applicant will join a group of experienced Pediatricians and will be responsible for office work and hospital on‑call. Teaching to family practice residents and 3rd and 4th year medical students will be expected periodically. There is opportunity for outreach work to the surrounding communities.

Hospital duties currently include ED consults, both in person and virtually to neighbouring communities, care of pediatric inpatients, stabilization and transfer of high‑risk pediatric and newborn patients (if indicated).
