The Family Navigator helps families achieve stability by providing guidance, resources, and emotional support. They collaborate with parents, foster families, and case managers to ease transitions and strengthen family bonds. Responsibilities include assisting with case management, tracking referrals, and coordinating services. This role also advocates for families, ensuring they receive the support they need.


Essential Job Functions:

+ Support the well-being, independence, and self-sufficiency of clients while guiding them through case plans to encourage successful reunification.
