Epiphany Family Services is committed to providing compassionate, community-based recovery services that empower individuals to achieve wellness, independence, and self-advocacy. We are seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist to join our Raleigh/Durham team and use their lived experience to inspire hope and support others on their recovery journeys.

The Peer Support Specialist will provide direct recovery services to adults diagnosed with a mental health or substance use disorder. This role includes structured skill-building, mentoring, advocacy, and linkage to community resources, while modeling self-determination and healthy recovery skills. The position works under the immediate supervision of the Peer Support Services Supervisor.
