About the Role

Hope Community Services is introducing Peer Workers across our Community Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS). We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Peer Support Worker with lived experience of recovery from alcohol and/or drug misuse to join our Karratha team.

As a Peer Worker, your lived experience is your strength. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey by offering empathy, understanding, and practical guidance. You’ll work alongside counsellors and educators, helping clients set goals, connect with their community, and access the services they need.
