Walk alongside people on their mental health recovery journeys and support them to achieve their hopes and dreams!
Flourish Australia has multiple exciting opportunities for Peer Workers and Mental Health Workers to join our established Sydney Accommodation teams!
The positions available are:
- Full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
- Part-time (44 hours per fortnight)
- Working with our Accommodation teams in Sydney and the Inner West
- Level 3 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) equivalent to $38.65-$41.45/hour + Super + Tax-Free Salary Packaging!
In these roles within our Sydney Accommodation teams you will be required to work evening, weekend and night shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster.
