Job Description
Flourish Australia is seeking authentic, compassionate Peer Workers and Mental Health Workers to join our team delivering the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) Program.
This structured, recovery-oriented role is ideal for professionals committed to walking alongside people with psychosocial challenges—supporting them to build capacity, strengthen community connections, and live independently.
The positions available are:
- Ongoing Permanent & Closed-term Full-time until 30 June 2027 (76 hours/fortnight)
- Working in your local community on the Sunshine Coast
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Attractive hourly rates equivalent to $38.65-$41.45/hour + Super + Salary Packaging!
