Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Pega expertise to analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and collaborate with development teams to implement scalable Pega-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements
• Perform process analysis and process modeling using BPMN/value stream mapping
• Collaborate with architects and developers on Pega solution design
• Work on Pega case management, business rules, UI design, and data modeling
• Participate in testing, QA, and validation activities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Work in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments
