Role Overview
As a Lead System Architect, you will spearhead the design and end-to-end delivery of Pega applications, with a heavy focus on Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC. You will act as a Trusted Advisor, bridging the gap between business needs and complex technical execution while driving the adoption of modern Pega Infinity capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certifications: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.
Experience: Proven expertise in developing Pega applications from scratch on Pega Infinity (preferably 8.x onwards).
Discovery & Design: Extensive experience leading and running Discovery Sessions to translate complex business requirements and regulatory policies into technical specifications.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with client SMEs and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
