Your Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation:

4. Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure the final product meets specifications (e.g., size, hardness, and density of pellets).
5. Monitoring & Quality Control:

7. Inspect pellets regularly for quality, checking parameters such as size, texture, and appearance.
8. Take samples of pellets for lab analysis or quality testing to ensure product standards are met.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the pelletizing process to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production rates.
