Checking information received against the information held on the system records
Performing calculations using information available in the system

+ Performing tasks such as: data changes, Vested benefit payment preparation, Withdrawal for home-ownership, Integration of vested benefits and voluntary purchases, Registration of partner and beneficiary designations, Receipt to send to tax authorities or Interface transfer (ICRC clients) and more

+ Working closely with the local teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner
