Pension Administrator

As part of the pension administration team, you'll oversee all stages of customers’ pension schemes and provide essential reports, illustrations, and client support.

* Based in Guildford

* £33,000 - £38,000 (DOE)

* Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job specification:

* Collaborating with the new business and technical teams to ensure accurate and complete application information.

* Setting up new pension schemes efficiently and accurately.

* Managing and recording client data and transactions.

* Overseeing the opening and administration of client assets.

* Communicating with clients, IFAs, and Investment Managers to provide prompt, professional service.

* Processing benefit crystallisation events, calculations, and payroll.
