The Role

• Perform administrative work including enrolment, contribution, termination and switching for Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance schemes
• Perform checking on regular reports to clients and members
• Perform health check and investigation on data discrepancies
• Handle follow-up requests and complaints from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities
• Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
• Recommend revision to procedures due to system and legislative changes
• Escalate to senior upon irregularities found
• Assist to conduct the system enhancement user acceptance tests
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency
