Job Description

This busy Pensions Team is currently recruiting a Solicitor to advise on a wide range of pension matters. You will be responsible for advising a wide range of clients on interesting funding and regulatory matters. Your key duties will include:

  • Advising pension scheme trustees on a range of issues and projects
  • Drafting pension scheme documentation
  • Negotiating and drafting pension provisions for transactional support work transactions
  • Analysing pension issues, researching the underlying pension law and framing of appropriate client advice
