What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling
2. Providing hands-on training and coaching to Retail Assistants to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
3. Identifying and implementing strategies to improve store efficiency, productivity, and profitability
4. Fostering a positive and customer-centric work environment
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
6. Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives
7. Monitoring and analysing store performance metrics to inform decision-making
