The People Acquisition Intern will be part of Talent Acquisition team in Asia overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Community Management initiatives across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
(a) Talent Acquisition
Assist in reviewing incoming internship applications on our internal platform and conduct proactive candidate searches on LinkedIn Recruiter to identify potential talent.
Prequalify candidates through phone calls to assess their interest, motivation and ensure their profile aligns with the role requirements.
