People Admin & HRIS Sr Lead - Jakarta

As an Admin & HRIS Team, you will be responsible for leading HR administration operations by managing employee lifecycle processes, HRIS and personnel data governance, BPJS and leave administration, and continuous process improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Lead and oversee end-to-end HR administration processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data within the HRIS and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
• Manage and supervise HR Administration Operations and Travel Administration teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, reporting, claims processing, and coordination with relevant government institutions.
