People Advisor

About the role

As a People Advisor, you’ll partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver end‑to‑end people advisory and case management support across performance, behaviour, wellbeing, conflict and grievance matters. We’re looking for someone with strong ER‑aligned experience, who is confident operating within established frameworks and applying sound judgement in complex and sensitive situations. You’ll provide timely, practical and policy‑aligned advice that supports leaders to manage people matters effectively while promoting positive employee outcomes and procedural fairness. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent, high‑quality advisory service, with clear escalation of higher‑risk or complex matters to Employee Relations and Safety specialists. You’ll also contribute insights from casework to support continuous improvement and the delivery of People Strategy initiatives and Business Area People Plans.
