Job Description
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: HR Operations and Service Delivery Policy and Process Guidance and Support Employee Relations Talent Acquisition Support Data Management and Reporting Performance Management Divisional Projects and Initiatives Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a Human Resources related field, while a postgraduate qualification would be advantageous. 3-5 Years experience in a generalist HR role, including administration of HR processes, HR Information Systems, Industrial relations within a unionised environment, supporting line managers in a business partnering capacity, and delivering within a cross-functional HR team/department.
