People Advocate

Ubiquity is seeking a People Advocate for our PH Offices. This position is responsible for
acting as an advisor on specific areas of employment laws, mediate on employee disputes,
represent the company on external mediation and to support the HR Business Partners
Group as an expert consultant on all employee and labor relations issues within the
assigned business unit.
The ideal candidate will work at both strategic and operational level to manage various
employee policies that affect people at work.
Responsibilities:

• Serves as the point of contact for employee relations, conduct, and/or compliance concerns;
• Interviews employees to gather information to facilitate resolution of the concern;
• Assesses the nature and severity of the complaint and either provides coaching resources or conducts an investigation;
