People and Communication Specialist

We are looking for a People and Communication Specialist to carry a dual focus on People (HR) and Communications, supporting the organisation in strengthening employee experience, enhancing communication effectiveness, and sustaining a cohesive company culture. The specialist will drive strategic planning, process improvements and execution for key People initiatives, while also managing internal, external and digital communications across the Group.
Roles and Responsibilities:
People (HR) – Strategy, Process Improvement & Execution
Drive the planning and continuous improvement of performance management, compensation & benefits processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Review existing HR workflows and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness, consistency and employee experience.
