Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
14 years relevant camp facilities/maintenance experience. 
College certificate and/or technical training. 
Small Drinking Water System Operator, WHMIS, Health & Safety, Chainsaw Operator. 
Knowledge of OHSA, MOH camp regulations, and Ontario Building Code. 
CONSIDERED ASSETS 
General contracting, plumbing, and electrical competencies. 
Health and Safety Certification 
Chainsaw Operator 
Budget experience/computer literacy 
PHYSICAL & WORKING CONDITIONS 
Outdoor, allweather work, frequent standing/walking. 
Use of ladders, heavy tools, and lifting >20 kg. 
Exposure to noise, chemicals, cleaners, chlorine, and occasional biohazards. 
Small motor vehicles and tractor use.
