People and Culture intern

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our People & Culture team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in solar energy industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day People & Culture operation related activities.
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to offer stage.
• Involving in process improvement related to execute People & Culture digitalization projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team/stakeholders to organize the employee engagement activities.
• Support People & Culture team in various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Final semester student enrolled in at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
