Job Responsibilities
:
Assist in the execution of People and Culture projects, including local branding initiatives and other tasks assigned by the Office of the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO).
Document People and Culture and Employee Engagement activities and events through written content, photos, or other media to support internal and external communications.
Support project coordination activities such as scheduling, documentation, and tracking deliverables based on the company's basic project methodology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts within SupportZebra to gather data and inputs needed for projects and initiatives.
Help organize team meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
