Job Summary
The role focuses on setting
up and managing the client's performance management system, supporting senior
leadership and departmental managers to ensure strategic projects run on time,
and driving a culture of accountability and results while maintaining people
engagement and learning.
This is a hybrid role
between strategic HR and business execution.
