Drive the People Agenda as a People Business Partner based in Montreal or Philadelphia. This pivotal role is focused on supporting diverse teams in Canada, USA, and Latin America effectively.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer, steering HR efforts that cater to managerial needs and employee development. By leveraging your HR expertise, you will handle diverse HR processes and contribute to an inclusive company culture while ensuring adherence to fair policies.
