We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated HRBP to enhance our HR initiatives in Colombia and Canada, Talent Development, Onboarding and Employee, HR Policies, HR Systems, Data, and Reporting, and Employer Branding Programs.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of end-to-end HR processes, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, employer branding, talent development, employee relations, and HR program management.
