People Business Partner (Colombia)

What you do

• Drive the area's goals alongside the leader, in line with Platzi's objectives and culture
• Own talent decisions with the leader: hiring (runs the recruiting process end to end), onboarding, development, performance, structure, compensation, exits
• Run Leaders Lab each week and ABC Players monthly to spot patterns, retention risks, and feedback
• Hold weekly 1:1s with leaders on the hard, confidential cases, and build the strategy for each
• Coaches managers through the conversations they're avoiding, the one costing the business money
• Turn values into behaviors and keep the cultural narrative clear
• Own A Player retention and talent density
• Go into detail to find the answers
• Understand the why behind everything, question unknowns, and push back on ambiguity
