People Business Partner (Junior/Mid)
with a strong focus on performance management, career development, and hands-on learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance management cycles and promote a culture of continuous feedback.

• Design and implement career path frameworks and individual development plans.

• Identify training needs and
design, develop, and deliver internal training sessions and development programs
.

• Facilitate workshops and learning initiatives focused on soft skills, leadership, and team development.

• Promote wellbeing and employee engagement strategies.

• Partner with leaders to support talent growth and team effectiveness.

• Ensure a structured and culture-aligned onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance management and career development processes.
