Shape people strategies as a Senior Manager, People Business Partner. Partner with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and implement tailored people initiatives for growth and engagement.
This role calls for an experienced HR professional to lead strategic people practices within the E&E Vancouver Studio. You'll collaborate with a variety of teams to deliver customized solutions aimed at optimizing leadership capabilities and driving performance. By providing counsel on talent management and navigating complex people processes, you will foster a dynamic workplace that values inclusivity and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary advisor for leadership on HR matters
• Lead performance and talent initiatives via collaboration
• Ensure compliance during employee transitions
• Analyze feedback to discover emerging trends
• Coordinate with People COEs to align strategies
