In this role you will integrate our People Philosophies - that provide us with the visibility and clarity to understand how we make people related decisions. You will also implement actions and behaviors to empower everyone to perform at their very best.

What you will do

• Support the entire employee lifecycle e.g. on-boarding briefing, performance management process, compensation and benefits, employee relations, exit management, run pay and recognition related matters, etc.
• Serve as main HR point of contact to the assigned business accounts to provide HR advice.
