Position: People Care Partner
Location: Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico
Education Recommendations: Bachelor's degree owner in related careers (industrial engineering, business administration, human capital administration, Human Resources, psychology) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

The People Care Partner position provides excellent customer service to employees and people managers by contributing to administer and support HR activities, processes, programs and ensuring compliance to company policies and local legal requirements.

• Handle inquiries on people processes, tools, policies, benefits, in line with People strategy and according to established People/HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HR processes such as on-boarding, leaves, restructuring, redeployment, audits.
• Support country, regional or global projects and initiatives.
