People & Communities Country Consultant

As a **People and Communities (HR) Country Consultant** **for Germany,** you will play a hybrid role focusing on **sales compensation processes** **and supporting people and culture-related projects** . You will partner with the People & Communities and business ecosystem to drive compliance, change, and engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of sales compensation and supporting cross-functional people projects.
