This is a hands -on, mid -level role, ideal for someone capable of working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and delivering structured outcomes with minimal supervision. The position begins with clear deliverables across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail -oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast -paced, multi -site environment.
Immediate Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Collaborate with ongoing recruitment efforts across multiple sites (front of house/back of house)Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage follow -up communications
