What you'll do:

As a Cost Accountant - People Costs, you will be entrusted with managing the end-to-end process of accounting for people-related expenses within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Ensuring the accurate accounting of all people-related costs, including salaries, benefits, and bonuses, maintaining high standards of confidentiality at all times.
• Preparing, processing, and reconciling monthly people cost recharges to guarantee consistency and reliability in internal financial transactions.
• Producing regular and ad-hoc reports on people costs, providing clear insights for stakeholders across various departments.
• Compiling comprehensive monthly reporting packs tailored for different stakeholder groups to facilitate informed decision-making.
