People & CSR Business Partner

We are looking for a People & CSR Business Partner to take full ownership of our local People operations. This is a generalist business partner role responsible of understanding Peru office challenges and provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity.
Responsibilities
Partner with department heads to understand their challenges and provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity.
Support the Lima office through effective workforce planning and organizational design including training activities.
Ensure all people's practices comply with Peruvian labor laws while maintaining the 24slides culture.
Collaborate with the global team to implement CSR and People Success initiatives that must be executed in the Peruvian office.
Create a local network for CSR activities to be implemented in the Lima office.
