People & CSR Business Partner

We are looking for a People & CSR Business Partner to take full ownership of our local People operations. This is a generalist business partner role responsible of understanding Peru office challenges and provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand their challenges and provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity.
• Support the Lima office through effective workforce planning and organizational design including training activities.
• Ensure all people's practices comply with Peruvian labor laws while maintaining the 24slides culture.
• Collaborate with the global team to implement CSR and People Success initiatives that must be executed in the Peruvian office.
• Create a local network for CSR activities to be implemented in the Lima office.
