Job Summary
Support the People & Culture team by managing HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and diverse workplace.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and confidential records on productivity, sick leave, and turnover to identify disengagement trends
Coordinate and follow up on HR action plans to support talent management and organizational goals
Compile and handle sensitive information such as salary data, benefits, HR reports, and disciplinary issues with confidentiality
